"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. "It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff was great—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even held our luggage for us after check-out, which allowed us to explore Kanazawa freely as tourists without any hassle. The breakfast buffet was good, offering plenty of options with both Japanese and Western dishes. The food was fresh and nicely presented. "
