come, stay and you might not want to leave.

Our visit blessed us with amazing weather as a beautiful back drop to this gorgeous place. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty and had a so many choices. The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper. The food was delish but we were shocked as the the lack of attention and help guiding us through the menu or suggestion local options. Perhaps it was the Swedish to be standoffish.

Allt var jättebra! Vi är mycket nöjda. Enda lilla saken var vid frukosten – vi fick fråga flera gånger om saker som saknades, till exempel gafflar. Personalen skickade oss bara tillbaka och sa att de redan fanns där, utan att själva kolla. Annars var allt perfekt!

Några brister men fint ställe

Spat är superfint, och faciliteterna i huvudbyggnaden likaså. Bra middag, men rätt mediokra viner. Bra service överlag, men städningen av rummen hade mycket att önska. Ska inte skriva för detaljerat kring det då hotellpersonalen skötte vårt rumsklagomål galant, men byter man ut städpersonalen skulle vistelsen blivit en femma.

Härlig vistelse i Hok

Vacker lantlig herrgårdsmiljö precis bredvid en sjö. Bekväma rena rum med minikylskåp. Jättebra frukost. Vi åt också middag i restaurangen och det var mycket trevligt och gott. Tillgång till vackra sällskapsrum i huvudbyggnaden; finns även uteplats. Det finns en praktisk badbrygga direkt utanför herrgården för den som vill ta ett dopp i sjön. En vandringsled passerar herrgårdens område. Som upplagt för en härlig minisemester!

Okay, men lite bullrigt

Vi hade ett "hundrum" eftersom vi har hund. Det kostade 200 kronor extra. Rummet hade till vår STORA förvåning heltäckningsmattor... Städningen var helt okay men inget "supercleant" s a s. Eftersom hotellet ligger så nära vägen mellan Växjö och Jönköping är det mycket trafik, även tung dylik på den. Rummet hade definitivt behövt 3-glasfönster... Det fanns en fläkt, vilket vi och hunden uppskattade. Restaurangen levererade god och vällagad mat till ett mycket överkomligt pris. Servicepersonalen var trevlig.

Härlig helg

En jättefin helg med god mat, härligt spa och sköna sängar. Rummet var inte så stort dock då vi bodde i en sidobyggnad. Hade kostat 1000 extra/dygn för att bo i huvudbyggnaden med större rum. Testade en av vandringslederna som fanns alldeles intill också.

Underbar plats att vara på med omgivning mm. Synd att det skulle vara strul med incheck i rum som inte var ordentligt städat samt att korridor in till rum var full av tvättsäckar! Hinder i utrymningsväg är inte ett bra intryck! Sen problem med utcheckning med fel debiterat pris på mat! De har råkade få en annans middag med på vårt kvitto! Detta redes ut i efterhand! Men som sagt omgivning helt underbar!

Nyrenoverad rum men ventilationen på toan var väldigt högljudd. Dammiga glas som vi fick skölja. Spa var toppen (kanske tömma skräp, disk oftare). Hotels borde skriva på sidan att spa kostar skilt och behöver bokas på förhand. Maten var toppen bra. Kaffe i lobbyn var kallt. Som helhet ok vistelse.
