"Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too. "
"Beautifully located right across the street from the Old Town. Hotel had a lovely feel and atmosphere. Pay washer/dryer in basement a huge bonus - much appreciated. "
"This hotel is in a perfect location for what I needed. It is a beautiful well maintained property. The room is spotless and comfortable. My view of one of the castles is amazing. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. Bar service and food were very good. "
"Room was clean; small. overall very nice. Friendly staff that were very helpful. Only issue were the pillows on the bed were not comfortable and tiny. "
"We arrived through a little gate into a beautiful garden and followed the path to the Hotel Reception. We were met by a lady who was very helpful.
The room was a good size and we were surprised it had a balcony. (It was shared by the room next door but there was no one in it so we had the balcony to ourselves)
The hotel also has a sauna which I hadn't picked up on when I booked so that was another lovely surprise. We only stayed for 2 nights and the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy but we still enjoyed the view we had. It would be spectacular on a clear day.
It was only a ten minute walk from the railway station and ten minutes back in to walk around the lovely little town. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book this hotel again."
"The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved that the floors were tile and not carpet. The beds were comfortable and there was storage for our clothes. There was a small fridge and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was great for hauling luggage. Breakfast was a good price and a buffet with several delicious options. "
