8.8/10 Excellent! (558 reviews)
Great location near the metro and bus stations and out of the business of downtown. Only twenty minutes to Altstadt. The room was large and modern. Maid was nice. Beds were very comfortable and shower was good. There is a grocery store a block away. Negative: Front desk staff never smiled and were often put out when we asked for something. One girl even rolled her eyes when we asked for ice, (despite the staff telling us we just needed to request it and it wouldn’t be a problem). They never acknowledged us unless we were standing directly in front of them and staring at them. They put a lot it pressure on us to include breakfast in our stay even though we said no several time. But I would still stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience and beds.

8.2/10 Very good! (413 reviews)

9/10 Wonderful! (101 reviews)
"It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. ..."
