"When we arrived the hotel was closed. it seeems to be in very deep works for a renovation. No bell ringing at the entrance door. We had to phone. A little bit complicated for foreign people. Happily , Neighbours have help us in our phone call. When we were inside all was satisfying. Just a bit of angst when you arrive, and that nothing seems to work as you aspected."

"Alt var topp. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde ved en feil booket overnatting på feil dag, men de ordnet det for oss og vi var veldig glade for det. Veldig god service. Savnet AC da vi kom på en dag hvor det var veldig varmt."

"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"... The "apartment" rented to us was not a true rental, it was someone else's full time apartment that was cleaned for us. It had all the articles of the owner. Really gross. The people who live and work there really try hard and are nice, but not disclosing the cat pee stink and the fact that the property was someone's permanent...
