"We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna.
Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night.
That aside, the apartment was very clean and very convenient, in a quiet residential area opposite St Elisabeth Church. Easy...

"We loved here so much we’ve stayed twice. Spacious and spotlessly clean apartments in a grand building just off the ring. Walking distance to museums and the palace. Everything you need in the kitchen plus a much appreciated washing machine. Stay here to feel like you live in Vienna."

"The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. The boiler, about 8-10 feet from the ground needed to be rebooted to provide hot...
