The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of charging ports for your electronics. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cafe Hollywood had big portions for reasonable prices. Played good music on casino floor, lots of servers walking around for drinks, and the over all vibe of the casino was good!
The only negative I have to report is the wait time to get an elevator, especially an hour around check out. Took us 7 waits for an elevator and we got to the elevator at 10:30am. ( check out is at 11am) So leave plenty of time to get down to lobby if you have to be at the airport near that time.

The normal pool opening is March which is what it said on the website when I booked. The pool was still closed for the season Apr14. The beds and pillows were not great. The wallpaper throughout the room had dirt and stains. It is just really old and needs an update. I expected more for the resort fee cost.

THe hotel and grounds are amazing, the best spa I have been too - the outdoor pool at night was the highlight. The guy playing the piano in the bar was also a nice touch.
