Amazing areas

Went solo as I was travelling by myself but really want to go again with the family. Location is perfect between mountains, very nice breakfast, the area was open and big to walk around and overall it was a perfect stay despite me arriving late.

One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel! We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!). We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. Beautiful hotel, and delicious breakfast. The only issue I had is that there was a film festival happening right outside my window. The event was extremely loud and went on after midnight. Since the room didn't have AC, it was hard to keep the windows closed so that meant we couldn't go to sleep until very late, and were constantly being awake by the noise outside.

Apart from the shower leaking water out as the filter was blocked it was a perfect room and so close to the Abbey

Brilliant location for exploring Lake Lucerne and getting to the Stoos funicular. Breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were just lovely.

Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation

Very clean and well presented hotel. I booked my parents into this hotel whilst I’m working in Näfels, Switzerland and they thought highly of the hotel and the room was spotlessly presented. Thank you to the staff who also spoke good English who assisted them during breakfast. I have since booked this hotel for January for another visit. Danke.

The hotel was such a unique experience, in an amazing beautiful setting. But the staff were what made the stay so exceptional. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They made our stay exceptional.
