"The staff, from Hanna our room cleaner - professional and with a sunshine smile - to the hotel General Manager, who dealt with an issue we had that was no fault of the hotel with speed and effect. A big thank you to Boo at Reception when we booked in and in other areas of her duties. ALL the restaurant staff were brilliant the staff at the hotel entrance where so obliging and helpful. When we left is was a sad occasion but there is no doubt whatsoever that WE SHALL BE BACK - believe!"

"We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. It was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom. The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). It's a bit out of town but all the better for it. Breakfast also worthy of mention, freshly made and delicious with lots of fresh fruit mixing western and Vietnamese foods. I hesitate to recommend it because it is a hidden gem and probably won't stay hidden for much longer!"
