buy your own toiletries

the neighborhood have alot of eateries, spa and convenient store. however, if travelers want to book this apartment, need to buy or bring own toiletries such as toilet paper, tooth brush/paste, shampoo and body wash. the apartment do not provide except half used toilet paper for my 5d/4n usage. there also used towel hanging and provided towel have kind of funny smell. For me, i wont book this apartment again because there are better one which provide basic needs.

The master chambre smell bad The Floor was probably flood with the Toilet and Snell hard urine need to change Floor and also on Room no 2 moisture on the wall as well as on the bathroom

We have stay at this property before 4 years ago at a difference tower and it’s amazing for everything. So that is why we pick the same property but it’s at tower #1instead and it’s not great . Very dirty , no hand soup or bathroom floor rags, utensil super dirty I won’t dare to use them at all. Overall not recommend this place and lucky we only had to stay there 1 night or else I would have gone crazy . Thanks

Went to go check in calked them on the phone they told us that the electricity was out and we couldnt stay there. We were told to book a different room and we would get our payment back. That never happened called them again multiple times and they no longer pick up the phone. Still waiting for my refund

The worst!

It was the worst part of our 3-week long trip in Vietnam. The kitchen and bathrooms were not well cleaned with obvious signs of mildew. The silverware and tableware were not cleaned and we had to cleaned them. The TV did not work. We contacted management many times but it was never fixed. There was no towel for the kitchen. There was no shower rugs for the shower, and it provides only 4 medium size towels. There were bog cockroaches roaming on the kitchen counter. So gross! The worst accommodation we had during our trip. We expected something more than decent being a Vinhome properties. Will never stay another Vinhome place.

We stayed at Vinhomes for 5 days, from November 15 to November 20, 2024. On November 15, 2024, we lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, it was a very nice apartment as they advertised on the pictures. However; on November 16, 2024. One of the Vinhomes staff called me several times, because at that time we were visiting relatives far away from Ho Chi Minh City, they wanted us to move out of this apartment, I told the staff that I had paid for 5 days already, why should I move out without any notice. I had to go back to the apartment because I was worried that they would take my suitcase, clothes and many other things, which shocked me. We paid extra to change the date from November 15 to November 20 instead of November 17 to November 22. (cost about $45-46). From Nov 16 to 20 we stayed in a small apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the bathtub was leaking water, and we had to use towels to clean up the water coming out of the bathroom every day if we use the bathroom. This was a horrible thing that I have never seen happen to me in Vietnam, and this was my husband's first time visiting Vietnam after 1975 when he left the country. If you have any question, please contact me by email or my phone number. I am the member of Expedia so long time, any time I travel, I always book the tickets airplane and hotels on Expedia website....I trust Expedia website...but now I have to consider in the futures whenever I book the apartment again.
