지랄같은 숙소. 강력 비추!

예약확정서에 리셉션에 사전 연락하여 체크인절차 안내받는 것으로 나와 한국에서부터 전화하고, 호치민 공항에 도착하여 전화해도 계속 전화불통. 고객센터에 한국서 전화했더니 메일로 안내해 준다더니 연락없고. 호치민 도착해서 고객센터 연락하니 업무시간 종료. 외국어서비스로 연락하여 상황설명하니 우선 현지숙소로 직접 가보라 하여 갔더니 리셉션데스크가 없어 결국 환불처리. 최악의 숙소와 최악의 서비스네요. 호텔스닷컴도 책임감없기는 똑같고. 지랄같네!!
