Reached hotel to be informed that booking was not registered in system. Staff performed service recovery to provide alternate accommodation @ centara hotel
a repeat customer, it is nice that the breakfast buffet is backq
only concern is that the shower water is coldq!

Bad hotel I have ever seen, unprofessional organisation as I booked the room a week ago but when I checked in, they said the room i had booked is unavailable, they had one bigger room, if i want it, I will pay more.

2min walk to the market perfectly situated with everything close by safe street and area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Looked after my bike and made you feel more like friends than a guest. Good breakfast in the morning. Best aircon

I stay at Rosa Hotel & Spa because I think it is quiet at night compared to other streets around Ben Thanh Market. I like to stay in the Ben Thanh Market area because I am familiar with the area. The room was clean & there was hot water for the shower. The staff was professional & courteous.

Most hotel staff are great. Except the part about currency exchange. During the day I was able to exchange 2 trieu 3 for $100. But at night the male staff told me I can only get 2 trieu 1 for $100. I tried to tell him the different but he didn't really respond to me.
But like I said overall was god. The ladies prepare the breakfast are super nice!!!

Service was good.. receptionist is helpful whenever needs help.. for example, i told her i lost my hp and need to access the computer to check my email for my flight departure.. was able to .. it was superb . That was the time i feel lost and lucky manage to.

We were very disappointed with this Hotel...the room looked like it was about to fall apart+ poor service + breakfast buffet had very limited choices and unedible + unfriendliness and unhelpful staff were the reasons why our stay was dreadful. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is very close (walking distance) to the Ben Than Market, night market and stalls. We were fooled by the pictures online. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone as its not worth it. We chose not to take the hotel transport service to the airport and they simply told us to go outside and look for a taxi ourselves. They did not offer us to help with the taxi or even taking the luggage outside which I thought was very rude. Definetley would not stay in this Hotel ever again.

When we're arrived, no room available, asked us go to different locations, we don't expect that will happen .we are hopping to get the refund.That is a big lesson for us.
The hotel is not the name it advertises on Expedia. It’s not the “White Luxury” but the “Rosa”. There were excuses when we showed up and we were asked to go to the sister hotel. What a disappointment!!! The room was old and almost filthy. The shower doesn’t work, only hot water comes out. What an experience... a bad one.
Room was very small. 2 cockroach saying hi...
You do have what you pay for... for room size...
Bed mattress are terrible.
Cockroaches ... not acceptable...
- Hotel name completely different.
- Arrived 10 pm and Hotel was overbooked.
- Alternative Hotel they offered only had one room left
- Room was facing the main street and window was not able to close
- Staff made no effort at all
Hotel was nothing like the online pictures. Totally different name. Flooding into the room, spiders, and mold on the walls. Had to change rooms 3 times in first 2 days.
Hotel I very dirty the room smell horrible. The bathroom is very dirty my kid doesn’t want to take shower. They take shower with there flip flop. I would never recommend to everybody.....

The big problems was
1. No Safe in room to keep money and I had to carry all my money all the time with me
2. The showe was disaster, very very little water pressure and sink water smelled like a sewage for 3 days.
But the location and staff was berelient
We were put into Lexington Hotel instead of The White Luxury Hotel as initially booked. The Beddings are super dirty. I had severe skin problems after the stay.
Inexperience staff for a 3 Star Hotel, should be 1

I passed an envelop of 2 cards inside to reception counter requesting them to hand over to a lady who will be coming to the hotel for collection if I have checked out & unable to meet that lady.
On the day of the lady came, the reception counter staff was unable to find the envelop. Message was not passed among the staff on duty. Luckily the envelop was finally found.
I hope the reception could treat guest's item carefully when being requested for service.
