Nice clean room and I would probably stay again. Only thing maybe can improve is have an electronic door lock instead of key. Also the notice on the door is somewhat off putting as are the over large ones in bathroom.

My worst stay ever.

No one at the reception area that works with for the hotel, the person. Is there only for show. My wallet was stolen 2 days before my trip, so I asked my credit card company to mail it to me at Rivergste, however, there was no at the reception area all day and all night, so my cards could be delivered, also very bad cell phone and internet connection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in they resolve those major issues.

My partner and I had a hell of a job trying to contact the owner of the apartment. When contact was finally made we were taken to our apartment on the 18th floor. The young guy who took us to our room then informed us that we had to change rooms the next day due to maintenance on this room. Please note the room on the 18 floor did not look like the pictures shown at all and was very average but had a great view. The next day at 12 noon. We were taken to a room on the 9th floor. This room was in very poor condition needed a good clean and a far cry from any pictures advertising these apartments. We both felt we got down graded and would not consider staying here again. As what we thought we were paying for was not what we got at all.

The whole experience was awful from the start. Check in involved being harassed by security guards as it transpired that the apartment was for residents only as a sign said no holidaymakers allowed which made us feel like we were complicit in something illegal. A guy showed up with our key cards and just told us to enter and go to our room. Awful first impression. Since then the communications were terrible and it takes about 5 messages from us on WhatsApp each time we had a question for the host to actually respond. We asked for extra sheets, washing detergent and another duvet as the bed was very uncomfortable. The worst communication was around the pool access. After asking how to access the pool and where it was we had to send several follow up messages to finally be told that the timings are 10-4 and that the pool was closed on Mondays which was one of the 3 days we were staying. We thought we’d check out the pool anyway around 5pm and saw the pool was in fact open and didn’t close until late. It was clear the pool was for residents only who had to register and the security guards were rude and kept turning away foreigners who wanted to use the pool or were having too much fun whilst seemingly allowing any natives to do what they wanted. The room was dirty and amenities poor. Overall one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a holiday accommodation.

El sitio está bien excepto en dos puntos que son muy importantes que deberían de mejorar : mi avión llegó a las 10 de la noche y por lo visto no había nadie allí para que me diera la llave de acceso al edificio y a mi habitación por lo tanto Tuve que pasar la noche en otro hotel que me pagué y yo de mi bolsillo . muy mal porque nosotros los turistas estamos en un país en el que nadie habla inglés y desatendidos . al día siguiente se pusieron en contacto conmigo pero nadie me internizó por la noche de hotel que tuve que pasar fuera del lugar para no dormir en la calle. El otro punto a mejorar Es que para Acceder al gym necesitas una autorización aparte lo cual eso no es conveniente si llega sin saberlo y estuve dos días sin poder Acceder al gimnasio

まあ、可もなく不可もなく。 高級ホテルを選んでる訳ではないのでこんなものかなと言う感じ。 不満点は、 電球が切れてるところがたくさんあった Wi-Fiがいろいろ試したが、全く使い物にならなかった 前に宿泊してた人の物と思えるものがあった（ハンガーにかかったままのバスタオル、上着） 掃除がいき届いてるとはいえない アパートメントだからと理解はしてるが、上記の内容は改善が必要だと思う。 そしてチェックイン後はメールしても返信がこなくなった。 次は、利用しないかな。

장점: 1. 위치가 좋아요. 호치민 1군이랑 매우 가까움. 2. 룸 상태 좋음. 청결함. 쾌벅함 3. 식기류 완비, 세탁 가능 4. 보안 시스템 있음. 여성분 혼자 투숙해도 안전함 단점: 1. 방음 잘 암 됨. 옆방, 밖에 오토바이 소리 다 들림 2. 에어컨 실외기 소음 심함 9박10일 여정이었는데 처음 6박 동안 온수가 계속 고장이 나서 온수가 제대로 안 나옵니다. 중간에 수리를 해주셨는데 또 고장이 니서 룸 체인지 요천드려서 더 좋은 방으로 업그레이드를 해주셨습니다. 결론: 아파트형 숙소, 깨끗하고 안전해요. 기성비 괜찮고 저렴해요. 방음과 실외기 관리해주시면 더 좋을거 같습니다.
