The property manager claimed that there was a leak in our booked apartment, so he took (one of) us to another place around the corner. It was NOTHING like the apartment that we had booked. There was no pool. The place was FILTHY! There were wires sticking out of the wall in two places. There were hairballs and dustballs in the corners and behins doors. One toilet didn't flush. One of our party had arrived the first day of our reservation and the rest of us were delayed. They offered her no other option, so she stayed that night. When the rest of us arrived we called and asked to cancel the remaining nights because the place was totally unacceptable. They refused to accommodate us, even though they had changed our reservation without notice or alternative options. We ended up booking and paying for another apartment at Rivergate Residence. It was nice, we just had to pay twice. BEWARE!

Beware of last minute location change

Unfortunately my group and I had a poor experience staying with "Losso Central - Madison Building D1". On 6am of the morning of check-in I received a message saying that our original rooms we booked in this building can no longer be provided due to "last minute fire safety maintenance". This meant the host had relocated us to the D1mension apartment which is on the other side of District 1 (45 minutes walk away from the original accommodation). The host only offered airport transfers and daily cleaning as compensation. Given the last minute notice and difficulty finding alternative accommodation on the same day, we had no choice but to comply. However the replacement apartment at D1mension Residences was in poor condition. One of the bathroom shower drains were blocked and the water would overflow after a quick shower, and one of the curtain railings even fell from the ceiling. The host did not provide daily cleaning as mentioned (they only cleaned it once after repeated follow ups). After contacting Hotels.com about my situation, they did not provide any support, compensation, or a partial refund for this inconvenience, even after escalating it with the customer support supervisor. Beware of this risk before you book this hotel.
