I stayed at this property for four weeks. First of all, location was very good. Property is across the street from three good Vietnamese restaurants. Western Union, bank, popular coffee shop, gyms, markets, and a spacious and popular park are all within a 10-minute walk. One market is next to the property. A 7-11 is across the street. The room itself was adequate for two occupants. It was clean and neat. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was good. The room had a washer and room to dry your clothes. The room also has a small kitchen with a microwave, medium size frig, and range. Internet and tv worked well. Never had any issues with either. Property was safe. A security guard was always posted at the entrance to the property. The property has a decent size gym. Adequate for a really good workout. It also has a pool, which I used practically everyday. Ha was very helpful and cleaned the room with her husband. A reminder, this property is an apartment, not a hotel. So don't expect room service. The room is accessible via a code, which was provided by Ha via text, not any kind of key or card. The electronic "pad" on the door has to be touched for the electronic numbers to be visible, allowing the room entry code to be entered. Price was very reasonable. I would definately stay at this property again.

Surprisingly quiet and very short walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The security guard and other staff were friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of not saving the email directions prior to arriving but a quick phone cleared up how to gain access to the room. English speaking skills were good, no problem there. We spent a couple hours at the pool which had a nice view and in general things were clean and well maintained. I would come back here or recommnend to newcomers who want an apartment experience.

Good value, clean and comfortable.

Large apartment block, less than 10 mins taxi (30 vnd) from airport. No noise from airport noted inside the 3rd floor apartment, and very minimal outside. Full instructions sent day prior to stay, which were comprehensive. Very secure building. Apartment was a good size for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Washing machine and drying area great. Efficient aircon. Toothbrushes, earbuds, bodywash, shampoo and comb provided. Do bring your own pool towels if you can to save the nice fluffy shower towels. Excellent shower pressure. Pool clean, not deep enough for diving, so no unruly behaviour. Fair amount of sunloungers, with a great view. Lovely BBQ area, with table and chairs. Play area for the little ones, and a pool to go with it. Pool closes at 9 pm, but area is still available around to use, and soak up the view. Smoking is allowed on this level. 2 convenience stores close by one closing @10, the other 24/7. Nearest selling good range of dairy, meat, fresh fruit and veg. Local street food maybe 10/15 mins walk away. Great for stays before or after a flight.

Sådan set et meget fint værelse og første håndsindtryk - men værelset var fyldt med små insekter og der var desværre også bed bugs. Så måske var vi blot uheldige med værelset - men kan i hvert fald ikke anbefale det på baggrund af dette.

The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Ho Chi Minh. It was clean, comfortable and safe. The owners responded to our messages in good time if we needed any assistance and they were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend. There is also a shop just downstairs from the apartment which is useful. So happy with this place :)

Only one complaint

Arriving to HCM late at night, I wanted to stay at a nearby hotel from the airport. This hotel is actually not called 5-star studio apartments, but rather Orchard apartments. Fortunately the 24 hour security guard was helpful in letting me in the facility verifying it is the right place. The room and comfort level was definitely acceptable for the price, but I would say my one and only complaint is that the towels provided may have been dirty as they smelled of all wet laundry. Unfortunately I still used it as I had to take a shower, but afterwards I smelled like wet rags :(

A quiet place in the midst of a beloved HCMC chaos

I had a surprise overnight stay in HCMC on my way to Phu Quoc, these guys practically “saved my life”, took my in instantly. Other than that, the place is cosy, modern and clean, lovely helpful staff and quie area, slightly withdrawn from the middle of chaos :)
