didn't like the fact that my reserved room was not available upon my arrival at 19.00 hrs!,there was no apology from the manager I met!! Breakfast was chaotic ,staff friendly but not competent! liked the surrounding area, food at the Olivier was good, unfortunately it was my second not experience with the hotel, first one was in 2019.
Highly recommend this hotel, it’s about a 20 min drive to the port of tangier. The staff was lovely and kind. The only thing I would complain about is the pricing at the bar. Moroccan mint tea was 60 MAD everywhere else is normally 15 MAD. And they never had tea in the buffet it was always empty. The buffet was amazing, lots of options. the resort is stunning, and big. Our room was always spotless.
We also golfed at the resort there, it’s a very nice course. If I ever come back to tangier I will stay here 100 percent. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hilton.
Very clean, quite, helpful nice staff, food was great, bathrooms were spotless, housekeeping everyday, thank you hotel grand Mogader Menara for making my vacation a success I will definitely use this hotel for my future staying in Marrakech

We came back to this hotel after having stayed when it first opened four years ago and I’m not sure if it was the off season that contributed or just really not being well taken care of in the four years but the condition was really sad to see. So many broken doors, appliances, lights on balconies, ants and bugs everywhere - while the front desk was sorry they also stated this is to be expected during off season. I’m shocked that bugs would be part of an expectation during any season. No additional food options besides spaghetti and chicken nuggets, highly advise spending your money somewhere else. Just a big bust and will stay in Tangier proper next time with less of a pricey stay!

Excellent property. Clean rooms. Only negative is the service provided at the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at Argan restaurant— staff did not attend to tables to provide beverages; staff had to be asked repeatedly for basic drinks like water or coffee. Food often ran out before the closing of the buffet service.
Rest of the hotel property was beautiful and amazing.

Exceptional property of which the architectural design and layout are what one envisions when thinking of Morocco. The staff -- front of house and back of house -- were all superb in carrying out their respective duties and the collective mission of the hotel.

Simple and effective architecture. Beautiful hotel with a phenomenal golf course and golf training facility. We were however quite disappointed with the limited dining options. For a 5 star hotel a small dinner buffet as the only dinner option is not enough. In addition, the breakfast buffet was also fairly limited. A good benchmark for this hotel's standing would be the Hyatt Regency in Taghazout. Al Houara falls pretty short of that unfortunately. I would definitely come back to this resort but only for the golf. The prices for accommodation and food are not a good enough value in my opinion.

I have had a poor guest experience in Hilton due to some scams such as we got told that there was a heated swimming pool but there was not. they told us there were no rooms next to each other. they wanted more money. we threatened to give a bad review and miraculously they had a room next to each other. they wanted 1000 euros deposit for a mini bar which did not exist. I did have some fun such as the parking attendant made me happy and on the beach near by there were quad bikes also the beach was beautiful. I also had fun doing the bungee jumping and additional activities. The pool was really dirty and room service clean the room with a dirty mop the bathroom and bedroom had spiders in it . The bathroom had a leaking hand bidet . Room service were slow but they were friendly ,welcoming as well there beds were comfy and there pillows .In the room they had a telephone but the button was stuck so I told room service to change it and air conditioning was good, the rooms were at a good size . I had a nice experience in there spa it was hot and relaxing they had a sauna and they had a jacuzzi and a hammam.

The property was beautiful with the rooms having a large amount of space. We visited in the winter and can see this is definitely a summer destination hotel as there was nothing to do in the colder months. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Oddly enough the room service menu was better than the dining options and less expensive. Our only complaint is the hotel is located 25mins from Tangier and getting into the city was expensive and time-consuming.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Mariam the hotel general manager was an absolute diamond. And amazing customer service, Karima who works at the bar at nights was very helpful and friendly and all the cleaners done an amazing job. Clean hotel will definitely recommend and stay again
