"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, helping us figure out a flight delay. The breakfast was also good with typical continental options and eggs/sausage. The hotel is perfevtly located by the main square and has a beatiful view from the breakfast areas"

"Las imágenes del hotel fueron diferentes a como se ve realmente. La habitación tenía almohadas en muy mal estado, la primera habitación que nos asignaron tenía hasta manchas en el cobertor, pedimos cambio de habitación, no había conectores cerca de la cama por lo que fue muy incómodo, el baño de igual manera no hay donde colocar cosas, en general fue muy incómoda toda la habitación. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Lo unico bueno es su ubicación. "

"My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue. Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel"
