Clean nice hotel. More of a conference type hotel but staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus into the centre of Naples. Great breakfast.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

Nice large room! Fold out bed was left open for some reason when we got in the room even though it wasn’t requested.
Bed was huge and comfy.

**Great Hotel, but Too Far from Downtown**
The hotel itself is great, with excellent facilities and service. However, its location is quite far from downtown, and taxis to and from the city can be very expensive.
We later found out that the hotel offers a shuttle service to downtown after 4:30 p.m., which would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this service upon our arrival. We only learned about it later during our stay.
Overall, it is a great hotel, but better communication about the available shuttle service would have made our experience much more convenient.
