"This stay was perfect. The room was spotless and set up very nice. The staff was incredible i forgot his name but the man at the front desk that checked us in was excellent, some of the best customer service ive ever had. We had a little bit of wait when trying to check in but the guy at front desk was very courteous about it and upgraded us. Excellent room care, Excellent staff everything about the stay was perfect and i will definitely be recommending this hotel to people looking for a place to stay in the area. "Their rooms were very nice and clean and well put together in their design. However, the beds and the pillows were not so good. Our pillows were so flat. I have severe neck pain and was not able to sleep comfortably the three nights we were there. We could not get comfortable in the bed. We tossed and turned all night. It felt like we were thinking in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable."

"The front desk staff was amazing, they were all very kind and helpful. Our room got upgraded for free with a partial view of the arch. Which made my kids extremely happy. The room was really nice and clean. The food was very good with a great selection. My family will definitely be staying again when we go back to Saint Louis. "
