"Enjoyed everything"

"I found this experience to be extremely underwhelming. I was looking forward to the stay, but didn’t receive any pool information upon arrival along with pertinent details regarding the breakfast add-on. Also parking is non existent. You are pretty much forced into valeting your vehicle, without prior knowledge. Valet is $53 a day and public parking doesn’t exist. There is no smart Tv so not streaming services, and they don’t offer room service or to go orders, so you have eat at the restaurant before 11am, so prepare yourself if you buy the package. We took pictures of multiple asterisk issues in the room and it felt like we got the “budget” room. All and all, prepare to spend a lot for subpar service, lax amenities, and an okay room. The Marriott is much better, at each level. "

"The location of this hotel is excellent but the exterior spaces smell like pot. Our first king size bed room was tiny but clean and the inside didnt smell. But then a group of cars with bass thumping super sub-woofers that shook the room arrived on the street right behind the hotel at 11pm. I called the front desk and the desk said they couldnt do anything and would not call the police. Then the front desk reluctantly said they would move us to another room in the other side of the hotel. This room was bigger, clean, and didnt smell, but had two small beds (not a king size bed). As of this post the hotel has not compensated us for the inconvience."

"This was an enchanting place to stay . The staff were fantastic and friendly. The evening entertainment was wonderful and cocktail hour to boot . You won’t be disappointed "

"The property was actually filthy. I'm talking floors, hallways, pretty much everything. Our room was decently cleaned but outside the room was honestly horrible. I've never left such a poor review before. It smelled, there was trash in the hallways, on the floors and leftover drinks and wrappers left around the common areas just not picked up. The front desk was also cluttered with food and trash. The windows were filthy. The staff was unresponsive and so dang slow- the woman working the front desk was very friendly and kind but beyond that, it was frustrating. Our air conditioner in our room was not working- called maintenance for over 10 minutes before someone picked up and asked for someone to come take a look at it and no one ever showed up. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up at the bar to take my order and then waited 10 more minutes to be told they were out of the wine I wanted to order. I Would not stay here again and can not recommend this property. We were disappointed and honestly surprised at the condition of it. Forgot to mention- there was a pool party all afternoon on a Saturday- the music was so loud you couldn't talk- the majority, if not all, of the people there were people coming in just for the pool party. Hotel guests left complaining because it wasn't at all what was advertised- it was a loud party scene for a younger crowd- at $600 a night for a room- it was totally unacceptable. If you wanted to sit and relax poolside, you couldn't. "

"It’s is a very old building thus we could hear the pounding sounds of the elevators throughout the day and nights. The staff seemed surprised when I mentioned it to them and didn’t make any attempt to move us to a different room. The bed is very high for average person and there was no step stool to help with climbing up or down. We loved the location and the valet staff. I do not recommend this hotel. "
