"The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view. We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed. While the presentation was visually appealing, the taste fell short of our expectations. The sweet items were overpoweringly sweet, and the savoury items had a strange flavor profile that didn't quite work for us. The combination of flavours and textures didn't quite come together, and we found ourselves struggling to finish the set. Nonetheless, The Naam Thai restaurant at Artyzen Macau was excellent with great services and scrumptious food. Overall, we would still recommend this hotel!"

"The check-in was fast and smooth. No hip cups on the process and staffs were patient in explaining the procedures. The room is very spacious and facing the pool view, staff was very kind to help to upgrade the room for us due to my friend’s birthday trip. The conceige staff Amy was very helpful in explaining the routes and advised us to take the express bus to hk instead of taking the ferry. Highly recommended to stay. The housekeeper was very detailed by cleaning our luggage’s wheel and tidy up the place very well. Ample of space for yoga too"
