"Staff not helpful at all. Parking was across the street and staff did not tell us to pay for parking when entering and we had a ticket this morning for the parking . Asked staff what to do or where to pay it and they didn't know.and didn't care or give us any help. In Canada you pay for parking upon leaving the parking lots. "The staff at Quality Hotel 11 were excellent; friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their service was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the property itself feels dated and could benefit from renovations and better upkeep. While the team does a great job, the hotel facilities do not quite match the level of service provided by the staff."

"The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad)."
