"Elnaz and her team were amazing hosts at the Kensington Green Marmaris. Nothing was too much trouble, everything we requested was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. Breakfast was very nice, better than most places we've stayed at during our trip. The location of the hotel is slightly off the beat and track, but once you arrive here the hotel is well looked after and the welcome of the hosts was very well received after a tiring drive. "The hotel is not finished yet. They are still working on things and building things. They have a shortage of staff, room was not cleaned every day - we are on the beach. However the people are friendly and helpfully despite lack of English. All our requests were met when asked for. "

"This property is amazing. It is beautifully designed and well maintained. Our only issue was the shower in our room (we stayed in one of the garden rooms). The water is everywhere in the bathroom cause shower is not well isolated from the rest. It doesn't dry up fast and causes a weird smell in the room. This was the only hickup for this amazing hotel. The area is perfect. and it looks like heaven on earth. The food is to die for. Staff are very kind. Except the design of the shower in garden...

"AC was not cooling down the room (either too small for the room or needed maintenance), despite kept it working for hours we could not reduce room temperature below 28-29 C at night! Also, they did not provide a child bed but just a sheet on the small sofa. Apparently they count the sofa as the 3rd bed in the rooms, so beware of it. Staff at the bar area are mostly nice, but the reception staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. "
