"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the city. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"Check in is on the 14th floor. There is absolutely no early check in. They only gave us one room key. The rooftop bar was really nice and so was the one free drink each night. We were disappointed that they didn’t make our bed—only emptied the garbage and gave new towels. Staff was otherwise nice… it was just a few things that could have been better"

"Good location and convenient with breakfast, snacks, and a washing machine. Staff are nice but would be a better experience if more of them were multilingual. Some only spoke Japanese and it was difficult to communicate simple things such as whether the tap water was drinkable or whether check out was completed."

"Very well located hotel, easy to walk to the peace museum and the pedestrianised shopping area with a tram stop at the end of the road to get to Miyajima and other places. Less than 100m from Okonomimura, less than 50m from the most overwhelming Don Quijote I've ever been in. Room was quite small but still comfortable and with a good size bathroom (bathroom including shower/bath was probably half the room) - not super modern but still very nice and with every feature we could need really. Good view from the upper floors!"
