The room was very spacious and clean. We were provided fresh towels when needed and the amenities bar downstairs was well stocked. Staff were accomodating and professional and organised luggage forwarding for us promptly. The laundry was great but needs a few more machines as it was very busy with ...

Great location; easy to get to and depart from using public transit; great staff; breakfast was wonderful; clearly very new and modern as of 2026, including in its amenities. We'd stay here if we returned to Aomori.
