This experience started off really badly due to Hotels.com allegedly not having paid the property. We were asked to pay when the owners arrived but after proving that we had already paid, the owners let us stay but were still adamant that they hadn't been paid. Unfortunately, we believe them. Super impressive building. The room and amenities were amazing, and the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond, from the receptionist, to the bellhops, to the restaurant staff and they all speak and understand English!
