"I chose this hotel because of its proximity to both the train station and to the museum Kunsten which was the reason of my going to Aalborg. The night staff was So accomodating when I arrived at 10 pm after a rather delayed train ride from Copenhagen. I needed something real to eat and the night staff directed to a grocery store nearby where I went to get a salad and something to drink - while I was away, the very nice guy had brought my luggage to my room on the 5th floor bc he could tell I was TIRED - thank you!"
