"So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner.
On approach to the room:
- pile of hair with a cotton bud in it
The room
HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED:
- Human hair all over floor
- dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help)
- stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus)
- human hair on sheets
- bathroom was dirty
- soap dispenser empty
- shower gel...

"Die Zimmer waren super eingerichtet mit allem drum und dran Sauber Bett war sehr bequem das Personal und die Betreiber waren überaus nett und freundlich sehr zuvorkommend hilfsbereit zuverlässig , wir sind als Gruppe in der Unterkunft gewesen.Immer wieder gerne "

"We had to wait so long until about 3pm to get our room cleaned we were with 2 tired kids after 15h flight. We were served water but stayed outside it was very hot. The room is clean but very dark witha very small window we have no place to hang the laundry except in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and their restaurant have the best pizza. "
