"BEWARE: The room for 4 people is described by Expedia as a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived it was actually 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. The top bunk had no safety rail and my children are unable to sleep in bunks. The check in receptionist was lovely and tried to help in every way but sadly the management refused a refund to allow is to seek alternative accomodation and Expedia unable to resolve. There was meant to be a restaurant that served until 8pm but there was not. The...
Hotel the YARD Bad Honnef
Hotel the YARD Bad Honnef"Nice and clean hotel with a convenient self-service. The only minor issue was lack of airconditioner due to hot weather. But all in all, a solid hotel."
"I liked that the property was near some shopping. The rooms were large enough as well as the bathroom. The room did not have a small refrigerator which caused us to purchase ice. The ice machine the hotel had did not seem to work all of the time. There was no coffee in the lobby for customers. The breakfast was OK but not excellent."

Ibis Budget Bonn Süd Königswinter
Ibis Budget Bonn Süd Königswinter"Rooms are ok, but avoid the rrception staff and managers at all costs! They don't give a bare crap about customer needs. I was supposed to stay at them from 9 to 10 of July, and by mistake i've chosen to stay from 8 to 9. In less than 2 minutes, i've asked hotels.com to change booking, and they didn't cared about their faulty system. Also, IBIS didn't want to hear about changing or cancellation. So yes, my previous stays with them were ok, but i will never return!"
