"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in.
The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone to come back and acknowledge us.
The property is nothing like the photos. Inside it feels dated and cheap, and it’s not nearly as clean as the listing suggests.
For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are far better options in Rishikesh. Avoid."
