In particular Rupali and Shivamshu were excellent. The Spa was out of action during our visit which was disappointing . The hours of operation of swimming pool and spa were also limiting as they closed at 5pm. "

The hotel/resort is literally located on a hill surrounded by mountains and i could see the Himalayas from our bedroom and the restaurant downstairs as well.
