"No hot water the whole week we were there. No one fixed it and we were not moved to a different until. Floors were filthy and not all bedding was cleaned before our arrival. They do not provide more then 1 roll on Toilet paper, paper towels and 1 garbage bag for each can. And there was nothing in desperation stating we needed to provide these things. Had to drive 7 miles out of the way to pick up keys to even get in. Management didn’t can about our problems!"

When we arrived, we learned the water would be turned off for a period of time, something that had not been communicated beforehand.
