The advertisement is misleading and needs to be fixed. It says multiple beds but there are NOT really multiple beds. There is a king bed and a pull out coach. This should be made more clear in the ad so renters understand they are not getting more than one bed (the pullout is not comfortable). Wasn't an issue for us but could be a huge issue for others. Shower/tub is pretty hazardous. You have to step up and then way down. An elderly renter probably couldn't do it. Should probably disclose this to avoid a serious issue with a renter. Property was very clean. Overall property was perfect for us and this feedback is just for the owner's consideration so they avoid really bad reviews because of these two things. I rent properties and am familiar with the kinds of things a renter would be furious about if not disclosed.
