"It was unfortunate that one of the doors leading into the property was unlocked continually you did not need a card to get in. Then one of the doors that was locked you needed a card to get in but your card wouldn’t work to get in. They also need to address new shower curtains, and absolutely new pillows. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when I went to cancel my third night. He saw it was from a booking through Expedia and without his help I would not have gotten a refund for that third night."
