"Everything was clean and comfortable, very spacious room, and amazing customer service as well. We accidently left a pair of boots in the closet and the manager Dayhna was super helpful locating the boots, and explainging the process to get them mailed to us and even offered to drop them off at the UPS location for us. Just amazing customer service. The entire staff are super friendly. "
"I slept better here than I have at any motel in my life. Surprisingly quiet, comfortable, and dark in the room. Window opened to allow fresh air, sheets were not scratchy, laminate floor and no gross carpet and didn’t smell like stale pot smoke, yay. It was a no vacancy Friday night but the halls were quiet and guests were respectful. I never expect to sleep well in a motel so was quite happy. The water smells like chlorine but was plenty hot. Good location with Human Bean across the street. Staff was friendly. "

"I have stayed in hotels from more Marquee brands in Hillsboro. I worked for Intel Santa Clara and I go to Hillsboro frequently. This hotel was a very classy and almost faultless experience. One thing that I can say without hesitation is that for any future stay I won't consider any other hotel unless this one is sold out!
This hotel is close to Orenco Station so tons of really good dining options. It is also within 2 miles from the Tanasbourne shopping area, great for spending time. "

Check in was a breeze and every single shift was helpful, whether it was 9am or 9pm, they were kind and informative.
I was upstairs near one of the side roads and the traffic noise wasn’t too bad. I was also able to use this new technology called closed windows, to further dampen the sound from outside. (highly recommend to those complaining about noise)
The laundromat was super clean as were the common areas even during a small seasonal renovation.
Everything you could need (grocery, pharmacy, storage, public transit) to stay or settle in Hillsboro is about 5 minutes away from this location.
The room I was in had a full kitchen including induction stovetop, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, full sized fridge, as well as mugs, glasses, wine glasses, set of plates, bowls, and utensils for four.
Plenty of room storage for your items and a firm but comfy couch to lounge (I didn’t sleep on the pullout). Bed was comfy and had two options to choose from for pillow density.
Housecleaning did a great job and were very respectful of the DND sign (no early knocking) Plenty of towels and water stayed hot enough for a bath. I didn’t test the toiletries as I’m an adult human who has travelled before so I know to bring my own.
I’ve stayed in 49 of 50 US states and this is definitely a hidden gem. I will be recommending it to friends and family when they come visit.

"It was cozy and nice. Was a bit disappointed with how the Microwave made the breaker trip because the sign to warn us about it wasn't visible. Also, would have expected a booking under the category of Bed and Breakfast to have actually included breakfast... instead its ONE $12 voucher per room (not person) per night, for a cafe down the street.
