"Nathaniel (I think is his name 😬) at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Our room key was not working despite being remade , but they discovered a batch of room keys was defective. Nathaniel was very apologetic, kind and courteous. His customer service skills were excellent! Thankyou for making us feel welcomed despite the little hiccups we encountered. The room was clean , beds comfortable and good location. "

"I had never stayed here before but the rates were much better than all the others so I was kind of skeptical at first. But upon arriving and checking the room out, I was pleasantly pleased. It comes with a small kitchen area which most do not, especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The staff are very nice and helpful and that’s a rarity as well. My wife keeps a log on the good, bad and ugly of the rooms we stay in for a future reference and this will most assuredly go into the good list. "
