For a 4 star hotel the property needs some TLC, food standard is an issue hopefully the manager is dealing to it after we reported some issues, not quite good value for money

The bathroom flooded as shower was blocked missed breakfast! Not been compensated. Only been given points not money for the additional breakfast I had to buy!

Turing Locke Cambridge
The air conditioning didn’t work. In order to call the front desk, you need to access WiFi and message them on WhatsApp. To access WiFi you need to turn on the TV. The TV didn’t work. Trying to solve problems that don’t exist only creates more problems. Decent water pressure though!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast (best croissants I have tasted in a long time), and they provided bags etc. for grab-and-go.
