When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. Overall, the staff worked urgently to fix the issue, but it was not clear what they were doing and it was frustrating.
