"Citybox is a minimal hotel.If you want a pen and piece of paper beside your nightstand phone- this is not the place for you.(because there is not en-suite telephone.) But, if you want to have everything you need- a clean environment, comfortable bed and pillows, en-suite bathroom with shampoo/body wash, soap, toilet tissue, hairdryer, as well as a friendly, helpful 24 hr front desk staff- then yes, this is the place for you! The front desk did actually give me a pen and paper when I asked, and also let me borrow electric converter for the week, and set up a 3am taxi pickup for my return to the airport. The location is ideal for sightseeing travelers, as it is across the street from a train stop, and eateries, and only a few blocks away from Old Town in one direction and 2 blocks from port to catch an early ship to Helsinki for a round trip. This was my first experience with Citybox and I was very pleased. I will be looking to see what other cities I stay in have a Citybox, and will book again with them. 5 out of 5 stars from me!"
