When we requested a change of bedsheets due to visible stains, they gave a a hard time we experienced a long delay before anything was done. "Our stay had multiple issues. The hot water was not working even after letting it run for a long time, and the maintenance response felt dismissive. We also had repeated problems with the A/C showing an “E1” error and shutting off, including in the middle of the night. Although it was reset, the issue continued. One staff member who came to assist was also rude and did not communicate with us. Additionally, one bathroom sink was nearly broken and the other was clogged. That said, the food was good and other staff around the hotel, especially in the restaurants, were friendly and helpful. However, the room issues and service we experienced made the stay disappointing overall."
