Highlands Trip

The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain had weird stains. I think there are nicer places to stay in this area for similar price. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Clean, user friendly and convenient!

Room could have been much cleaner. Restaurant was very unorganized. I wanted a coffee to go, server realized no one had restocked the to go cups. Wanted to pay with cash, server realized there was no money in cash register. Second day, server didn't know how to make coffee. At dinner, there were only a few things to eat from the whole menu because someone forgot to put in the order for restocking of food. Hotel charged my credit card $130 for no reason on top of the $400 hold for two rooms after arriving. Very disorganized. Wont stay there again. Good location/access to other things.

This hotel was self serve meaning there is no front desk attendant. The front sliding doors are locked so unless you got the code emailed to you(which I did not) I had to wait for someone to let us in and then call a number posted on the wall. Other than that this stay was pretty good !

Perfectly pleasant stay. Breakfast was served with a smile. Bar seemed popular on Thursday night.
