"Each of the four restaurants we visited, including the bar and the one in the hotel and three others in the area automatically added a 20% gratuity to our bill at both the bar and in the dining room, without asking or clearly explaining it. The receipt then included an additional tip line, creating the possibility of tipping twice. I routinely tip, but gratuity should not be imposed without clear, upfront notice. This practice felt misleading and unacceptable."

"The hotel was very clean. The staff were wonderful. The room was immaculate and new. The pool and hot tub were awesome. A cook to order breakfast every morning. A cocktail reception each evening. I recommend this place highly. If it only had a restaurant for meals other than breakfast."
