Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. We had a wonderful stay, a welcoming arrival and any queries we had were dealt with both before our stay and during our stay. There is limited parking at the hotel and involves a bit of tetris parking, however I cannot see how this could be resolved given the location and size of the hotel. The Chocolate Box was one of a few hotels that included some on site parking, there is a paid car park near by as well , you just need to be prepared in advance of the possibility of not getting parked on...
