Set in beautiful, private gardens opening on to the lake, and very close to Konstanz old town. Large rooms newly fitted out to a very high standard and the pool is equally good. The staff were excellent - very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! Wish I had stayed a little longer- had to leave at 4am for flight. Complementary shuttle was huge bonus.

Basic but did the job!

Very good central hotel

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in terms of customer service. We stayed there as a family in June 2015 with small kids. Our room was quite spacious, we had 2 rooms with a bathroom and a balcony. It was very clean, even in my standards( I am very picky on the topic :-). Hotel is very well located as well, very close to the old city and the zoo (perfect for...

Clean and well maintained hotel. Veey good breackfast

Rooms: Rooms are split across two buildings, depending on whether you go for "style" or "art" rooms - we were swapped to an art room, which was really impressive to experience,...

The restaurant was fabulous food and drinks and clearly was a destination spot for locals which meant there was a really buzzy atmosphere. There was also a wet bag in the room for those who swim in the river but I used it for my gym gear. Tea and coffee facilities are outside the room on the...

Fab hotel, superbly friendly staff, lovely rooms that are newly refreshed, top notch food, brilliant location. You would be stupid to stay anywhere else if in the area.
