All the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Its a great location for both the old town and the river.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms.

I enjoyed a perfect stay from check in to check out Super quiet and comfortable room Very friendly and smartly presented staff All hotel very clean and tidy

Lovely hotel and great staff. However out of season and so restaurant not open. Local restaurant very unfriendly so that was disappointing

Great hotel! Wish I had stayed a little longer- had to leave at 4am for flight. Complementary shuttle was huge bonus.

Basic but did the job!

Very good central hotel

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in terms of customer service. We stayed there as a family in June 2015 with small kids. We were amazed by the warm welcome ( complimentary drinks & food, tram tickets etc) and hotel staff made our stay a perfect one. Our room was quite spacious, we had 2 rooms with a bathroom and a balcony. It was very clean, even in my standards( I am very picky on the topic :-). Hotel is very well located as well, very close to the old city and the zoo (perfect for...

Rooms: Rooms are split across two buildings, depending on whether you go for "style" or "art" rooms - we were swapped to an art room, which was really impressive to experience,...

Clean and well maintained hotel. Veey good breackfast

The restaurant was fabulous food and drinks and clearly was a destination spot for locals which meant there was a really buzzy atmosphere. There was also a wet bag in the room for those who swim in the river but I used it for my gym gear. Tea and coffee facilities are outside the room on the...

Fab hotel, superbly friendly staff, lovely rooms that are newly refreshed, top notch food, brilliant location. You would be stupid to stay anywhere else if in the area.

Very nice hotel - clean, well-equipped and very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Lovely room and excellent breakfast.
