Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "Good size room, check in on line for personal details but could not pay, after a few tries went to the hotel door and the system worked fist time and delivered the key. Slept well but was woken early by the construction site to the rear of the property at about 7.30am. Nice small terrace off the room giving a partial view towards the lake, the hand rail on this could do with some repair as very wobbly. Overall a pleasant overnight stay although woken early "
