"We enjoyed the size of our room,but our room was not touched the whole time we were there. Trash was never emptied nor beds made up daily. We were rarely in room except for night, so there was ample time for service."

"Great location right off of the trail along the creek that winds thru town. Not their fault but the creek was dry this time due to drought. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops Could use an extra fan for the room as the loft area tended to stay a little warm as no AC at most places on the mtns Bed was just ok on comfort level. Room overall very nice."

"The primary bathroom did not have soap for the shower and after calling no less than five times to the front desk, we received a bottle of hand soap for the bathroom sink. Unimpressive customer service from front desk. Also there is no air conditioning, which normally wouldn’t be a problem but during the heat dome this summer, meant the room would get up to nearly 80 during the day. Other than that, the unit is great. Clean and spacious. Vacasa could up the customer service, neither friendly nor helpful."
