"This was my second time visiting Hempstead Hotel and I was so glad to have returned. The welcome from staff is always lovely and very clean. My room was a wonderful size which was immaculate throughout. The bottled water is always nice to have along with ample biscuits, tea and coffee. I like to go out to the cinema which is only an eight minute drive. The breakfast was wonderful; smoked salmon and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection. I didn't feel rushed and gladly took my time to saourr every delightful moment. I visited the gym and sauna which were clean and tidy throughout. The extra bonas of the stay for me is that you really can make a full weekend of it as check-in at 3pm but you can arrive at any point of the day you are staying to use their amenities and the following day check-out is at 11am, but again, you can stay until 5pm!! Delightful stay and so reasonably priced. I shall vary much look forward to my stay again in the near future!"

"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful."
