"Rooms are not cleaned efficiently. Booked a room, description said kitchenette. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Nothing to cook on no dishes supplied, nothing. We stayed one night and had booked an additional night before checkout that had to cancel that reservation due to a family emergency ..."
