"We tried both Japanese room and western room and both are good but we preferred the latter. We also love having snacks and drinks in the lounge area and it’s free. I don’t drink alcohol but my family members do and they love it. The onsen is also good."

"Excellent experience with this hotel overall. The gentleman at the concierge who checked us in (I wasn't able to get his name, unfortunately) was so welcoming and nice, which definitely added to the entire experience especially after a tiring day out. We got upgraded to a better room which was also a nice touch. The room was in great condition, amenities were available at the lobby. I'm not sure if Daiwa Roynet really plans it this way, but I've been to two of their hotels before and it's so convenient to have a convenient store and a restaurant downstairs. Overall, I recommend this property (and the brand!) a lot!"

"There were was en enitre mall between this hotel and sendai station, i spent a few hours going and looking at all thw different shops, the rooms were perfectly clean and the staff overall was very helpful"

"The onsen was great, albeit small but at least is provided. The room was clean and they had a charging cable with multiple styles of USBs for your charging needs. Despite the language difference, talking to the staff was great and very helpful providing information of around the area."
